COACHING SERVICES
Identity Recalibrated™ provides faith based life coaching, marriage ministry, and transformational framework services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Results vary based on individual commitment and participation.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. Payment plans must be maintained to retain program access. Missed payments may result in program suspension until account is current.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the digital and transformational nature of our programs and products, refunds are not offered once access has been granted. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstance.
SESSION POLICIES
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no shows are forfeited without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Becoming Greenprint™ framework and all associated content, materials, and methodologies are proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Tangela Mitchell-Rivers and TMR Global Group LLC. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Licensed use only.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information, session content, and community discussions within Identity Recalibrated™ spaces are strictly confidential. What happens in the garden stays in the garden.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE
Identity Recalibrated™ and Dr. Tangela Mitchell-Rivers reserve the right to terminate any client relationship, coaching agreement, program enrollment, or community membership at any time and for any reason including but not limited to:
Violation of community standards
Disrespectful or hostile behavior toward Dr. Tangela, Bakor Rivers, staff, or community members
Dishonesty or misrepresentation
Failure to maintain payment agreements
Any behavior deemed harmful to the safety and sanctity of the Identity Recalibrated™ community
In the event of termination:
Access to all programs and community spaces will be immediately revoked
No refunds will be issued
Deposits are non refundable
We reserve the right to protect the sacred space we have cultivated — for every woman who depends on its safety.
