Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Online Cancellations: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments up or 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellation within 24 hours: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the session a fee of 50% of the sessions cost will apply. No Show: Missing an appointment without any notice will result in a charge of the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
