Shipping Policy – Physical Books
Thank you for your order! Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your books.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first, then contact us if the issue is unresolved.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
